Confidentiality and data processing – Our commitments

We inform you that the personal data of our patients are processed in accordance with the principles of transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality, while complying with the obligations and guarantees established by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the European Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
In order to comply with the aforementioned Regulation, we have updated our privacy policy.

Purpose of processing: We process the information you have communicated to us (Last name, First name, Gender, Professional and/or personal address, e-mail, Telephone, Professional status, Bank details, IDS identifiers, number of cases processed by the Invisalign® technique…) in order to allow you to follow the EUMAA training courses and to accompany you in the administrative procedures (training and accounting documents.).
All the data transmitted at the time of your registration to the trainings are used exclusively for administrative purposes to ensure the good progress of your training. Some of this information is transmitted to our partner Align technology® to create your account or to ensure the follow-up of your patients’ Invisalign® treatments. We communicate your email to the company Dental Formation in charge of sending newsletters and mailings.

Nature of the processed data : The personal data that we process are those that you communicated to us on the registration form of the EUMAA training. All this information is noted in our database, and is used exclusively for administrative purposes. The data is protected and is not intended to be communicated for commercial purposes other than EUMAA training courses.

Retention time: The data provided is kept for a maximum of 36 months after the last training attended. The data used for invoicing are archived beyond the 36 months for a conservation for 6 years accessible only by the person in charge as provided for by the legal conditions.

Access and Backup of your data : These data are only accessible by the staff of the company DW Training. Depending on the responsibility and tasks of the person, the latter only accesses information that is appropriate to his or her attributions. We have set up an external encrypted backup on a secure server.


Authentication: We process your data only if we have your free and informed consent, and always in accordance with the purposes described.

Recipients: We will not pass on the data you provide us with to third parties unless there is a legal obligation and a request from you.
If in order to carry out the necessary functions mentioned for the proper conduct of the orthodontic treatment, your data may be processed by third parties who will be in charge of the treatment and who will be obliged to comply with their legal obligations of data processing, to preserve confidentiality and secrecy of information.
